The station mix-up
The show spent two years at São Bento railway station and then moved to the Noble Hall. The web address of the booking page still says São Bento, and some older reviews describe the station. If you arrive at São Bento you are in the wrong place. Trindade metro station is also not São Bento, and it is not the old railway station called Porto-Trindade either, which Wikipedia says closed in 2001.
By metro
Trindade metro station is in central Porto, near City Hall, and opened in 2002, according to Wikipedia. Line letters and services change, so use the metro's own planner for the day you travel instead of relying on this page for a route.
On foot along Aliados
Portuguese Wikipedia says Avenida dos Aliados starts at Praça da Liberdade and ends at the square where City Hall stands, with Aliados metro station roughly halfway along it. The Noble Hall is a short way from the City Hall end. No walking times appear here, because they vary with your starting point and pace. Allow slack, since the concert begins at the time on your confirmation.

That is a clear limit rather than a detail to check on the day, so settle it before you pick a date.
